After 10 months in jail for unpaid child support cases, rapper Scarface has been released from a Harris County Jail.

The rapper, whose real name is Brad Jordan owed more than $123,000 in four separate child support cases at the time of his arrest in October 2010.

A representative states that he is “already busy working on new material”

Rapper, Big Boi, was released from Miami-Dade County jail on Monday, following an arrest over the weekend for drug possession after officials found MDMA and Viagara in his luggage.

His lawyer is confident he will be exonerated and pointed out that the drugs were found in the collective luggage of the group and not the Outkast emcee’s personal luggage.

Once released, the rapper tweeted,

“Fresh Out Baby! Sh*t they said it was the Love Boat.”

MTVNews reports rapper, DMX is NOT going to touchdown Wednesday (July 13) as originally planned.  The currently incarcerated Dark Man X was due to be released this week but has had that day pushed back nearly a week for breaking several rules including drug possession, failing or refusing a drug test, smoking when he wasn’t supposed to, being disrespectful, disruptive, and disorderly, all since January.

And of the seven alleged disciplinary incidents, four have occurred since mid-June .  smh.

His new release date is set for July 19th.
